Los Angeles, July 11: British actor Orlando Bloom thinks Los Angeles is big and intimidating and was overwhelmed to see the size of city's landscape while taking a flight out of California.
'My first overriding memory of LA (Los Angeles)is flying out of the city to New Zealand to do 'Lord of the Rings' and looking out of the window of the plane thinking it looked big and intimidating. A bit scary really - just so vast and bustling,' femalefirst.co.uk quoted Bloom as saying.
The 34-year-old enjoys the hills and the canyons of the city.
'I love being close to nature and being outdoors, so I would have to say my favourite part of LA is the hills or the canyons, which are great for mountain biking,' he said.
